Thin little guys, not much flavor at all. The batter is studded with a “Hybrid Powered” pretzels but you can’t taste them either. They do say they are pickle chips so they don’t need to be that thick, I guess. The dipping sauce was good – Brian tasted hints of Herbes de Provence with lavender and thyme. Small individual serving means you don’t have to share – muuuhahahaha evil laugh.

SO GOOD! Perfectly prepared. Pickled at the Brewery. Flaky batter, not too greasy. Really tasty Tabasco aoili. For fucks sake, please buy this and pair it with a beer. You will not be sad.

Since moving to the South I have had an inhuman craving to consume every available fried pickle. These sliced, battered goodies are worth the calories. The perfect combination of tart and salty, there are really no bad fried pickles. Since I eat them so much I’m going to start rating them. (Be warned, I”m terrible at rating food. I’m known by my friend Becca – aka The Gourmez – as the girl who thinks everything is the best thing ever. Meh, I live a happy life)

Fried Pickle Review: Relish in Raleigh, NC – $5.50

Tart and thick cut pickles. Tasted home pickled. Dawn thought the batter was a little greasy. Brian liked that the batter wasn’t too thick and crispy, but it also fell off a bit. Brian very much enjoyed the jalapeno ranch dressing. There were a TON in this app so order it to share!
